Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Prior experience in real-estate investment or real-estate private equity is required.
• Strong understanding of real-estate investment accounting and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead and manage the accounting function including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Oversee property-level accounting processes including income recognition and expense allocations.
