Job summary
Jobot is seeking a seasoned Controller for a real estate development organization, reporting to executive leadership in a role that blends strategic finance and hands-on operation. You will lead capital strategy, debt financing, and project-level financial performance while mentoring the finance team to support growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Direct experience in residential real estate development or related field.
- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- Strong technical accounting foundation with strategic, hands-on approach.
- Advanced financial modeling and real estate pro forma experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Serve as strategic financial advisor to executive leadership.
- Evaluate capital structures and financing strategies.
- Provide financial insight supporting investment and development decisions.
- Lead financing for development projects and manage lender relationships.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for projects.
- Manage accounting operations, reporting, and audits.
- Monitor project performance and implement controls across development activities.
