Responsibilities

• Conduct market research in specified geographical locations to identify trends and needs in areas of interest to the company.
• Assist with the development of plans and strategies for speculative buildings and budgeting/policy development for leases.
• Negotiate leases of speculative real estate products and coordinate lease documentation with Legal department.
• Develop relationships with brokers, clients, attorneys, lenders and others to source development opportunities.
