Qualifications

• Strong negotiating and marketing abilities are required.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and financial analysis techniques as they apply to real estate.
• Experience with office and industrial real estate is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research across locations to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with land selection, negotiation, purchase, development, and zoning processes.
• Develop plans and budgeting for speculative buildings and lease negotiations.
• Negotiate leases and review lease agreements with brokers and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, lenders, brokers, and clients.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations affecting real estate activities.
