Jobot is seeking a Finance Manager (Real Estate Development) in Chanhassen, MN. You will be the senior finance partner for this platform, performing complex deal analysis and modeling to support expansion and decision-making.

The role offers high visibility with senior leadership, ownership of multi-year pro formas, JV tracking, and capital-market considerations, with the potential to broaden into broader development work as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Business.
• 5+ years of financial or business analysis experience, including complex models.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting executive-level analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year pro formas for opportunities including development cash flows, equity returns, and fees.
• Model development pro formas for multi-family projects with costs, financing, and hold assumptions.
• Create comparisons across JV structures and co-investment scenarios for negotiations.
• Model development fee accrual and revenue recognition aligned with milestones.
• Track JV portfolio performance across lifecycle stages and report findings.
• Support capital-raising with financial cases and scenarios.
• Design dashboards tracking portfolio performance and development pipeline.
• Present analyses to senior leadership and support budgeting and forecasting.
