Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies, a dynamic real estate developer with a broad portfolio across multiple states, seeks a Development Analyst. The role supports Senior Development Managers and VPs through all phases of the development lifecycle, from acquisitions to dispositions, with hands-on exposure to financing, construction, and closing.

Ideal candidates thrive on analysis, enjoy digging into details, and bring relevant experience in real estate development along with strong Excel and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Experience with Low Income Housing/Tax Credit is a plus.
• At least two years' experience in Real Estate Development is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; advanced Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate real estate investments.
• Analyze acquisition and disposition scenarios and potential exit strategies.
• Update models with actual performance data and report findings to leadership.
• Support multiple Managers, Directors and Executives with financial modeling and reporting.
• Assist development managers with development financial models.
• Conduct market research to validate project assumptions and economics.
• Assist with due diligence including reviewing contracts, budgets, and coordinating consultants.
• Track project milestones and provide reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Prepare funding documentation and assist with lender due diligence and closings.
