Founded by a team of seasoned development professionals, the firm focuses on value-add and opportunistic investments across office, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use real estate. They have consistently ranked among the most active developers in the DC region and have a growing presence along the East Coast. They work across the full real estate lifecycle, from acquisition and development through asset management and disposition.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to join a lean, entrepreneurial investment team where you’ll work directly with senior leadership and see deals from first look to closing and beyond. The role is open at the Analyst or Senior Analyst level depending on experience. It’s ideal for someone who loves digging into the numbers and wants real responsibility early in their career.

  • Conduct market research, including rent and sale comps, supply pipeline, and submarket trends
  • Support due diligence, financing, and joint-venture structuring on active deals
  • Track the performance of existing assets and help with asset management and reporting
  • Senior Analysts will also take the lead on deal analysis, help mentor junior team members, and interface more directly with lenders, partners, and brokers

What They’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience for Analyst, or 3–5 years for Senior Analyst, in real estate private equity, development, acquisitions, investment banking, or brokery/capital markets
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (Argus experience is a plus)
