Job summary

Goodman Irvine, CA is seeking a Development Analyst to provide analytical, reporting, and coordination support to the Development team across active projects. Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, budget tracking, entitlement support, construction coordination, leasing support, and Investment Committee materials.

You will compile market research, conduct underwriting, maintain data trackers, and assist with due diligence, design coordination, and approval materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in business or real estate.
• 2–4 years of real estate development/analyst experience.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Argus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development market research and underwriting.
• Maintain market data trackers and development pipeline trackers.
• Prepare Investment Committee papers and slide decks.
• Assist with feasibility analyses and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Produce project summaries and meeting materials.
