SteelWave, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst or Associate to join its Acquisitions & Development team in San Francisco or Marina del Rey.

You will support transaction underwriting, financial modeling, market research, reporting, and asset management across a busy commercial portfolio. The role requires strong Excel modeling and ARGUS Enterprise skills, 2–5 years in CRE underwriting or asset management, and the ability to interact with JV partners, lenders, and senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years of CRE underwriting, analysis, or asset management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and ARGUS Enterprise; AI tools a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preliminary underwriting, asset valuation, and sensitivity analysis; update Excel/ARGUS models.
• Prepare quarterly plans, variance analyses, capital trackers, and rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate budgets, maintain FP&A controls and improve processes.
• Gather market data; support asset marketing and interact with brokerage community.
• Interface with internal teams, JV partners, lenders, consultants, and investors.
