• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Admission to a state bar.
• Exceptional organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to advise and communicate effectively with senior management and a variety of internal clients.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve legal, operational, and property-level risks in complex real estate matters.

Mansioni

• Provide legal support to EWS across the real estate lifecycle, including ground leases, acquisitions and dispositions, office leases, and ATM leases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex ground leases and related documents and advise on key risk terms.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related acquisition documents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate office and retail leases, ATM leases and licenses, and related real estate documents.
• Interpret real estate agreements and advise on operations, construction, and property-level matters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on branch acquisitions, relocations, closures, renovations and other projects.
• Provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice to business partners while balancing risk and objectives.
• Manage outside counsel and a high volume of sophisticated transactions.
