Job summary

Grid151 is seeking a Closing Specialist to coordinate real estate closings and manage the full lifecycle of closing transactions, ensuring documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

You will assemble, review, and finalize CDs, ALTA statements, deeds, and title policies; serve as the liaison among lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents; and support post-closing activities to drive a smooth funding and recording process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with a title or closing company.
• National title closing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, prepare, review, and verify closing documents.
• Prepare settlement statements and Closing Disclosures (CD) and ALTA statements.
• Coordinate the closing process with signings and ensure documentation is complete.
• Perform final pre-closing reviews of title fees, taxes, and endorsements.
• Act as liaison between lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents.
• Support post-closing activities and ensure a seamless funding/recording process.
• Maintain the active pipeline and meet SLAs.
