Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Real Estate Strategy Analyst to deliver advanced analytics, automation, and dynamic dashboarding to support investment decisions across the real estate network. You will partner with Real Estate, Construction, and Finance to translate data into actionable insights and drive cross-functional alignment.

The role requires 3+ years of analytics experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to distill complex data into compelling visuals for executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, analytics, finance, or related field.
3+ years analytics, GIS, market research, or finance experience.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to translate data into insights.
Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

Drive visibility and actionable insights into store and market performance through dynamic reporting and storytelling.
Support Real Estate strategies using performance-driven data and analytics across networks, growth, and competition.
Develop and run automated workflows in Alteryx to streamline recurring analyses and improve efficiency.
Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support real estate strategy and executive decisions.
