Job summary

Circle K is seeking an Enterprise Real Estate Strategy & Reporting Analyst to support the Real Estate organization with advanced analytics, workflow automation, and dynamic dashboarding. You will deliver insights and reporting that drive investment decisions and cross-functional alignment.

The role partners with Real Estate leadership and collaborates across Real Estate, Construction, Property Management, M&A, and other enterprise teams. Strong analytics and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, or similar field.
• 3+ years analytics, GIS, market research, finance, or similar experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to distill datasets into visualizations for stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude to learn latest tools and analyze large datasets.
• Highly organized with multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive insights into store and market performance with dynamic reporting.
• Support Real Estate strategies using performance data and analytics.
• Develop and run automated workflows in Alteryx to streamline analyses.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for strategy and executive decisions.
• Analyze portfolio and support ROI optimization and cost savings.
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to scalable automation solutions.
• Develop tools for site evaluation and financial analysis (ROI, IRR).
• Conduct fact-based analysis of store networks and competition.
• Synthesize strategic problems into clear actionable plans with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Construction, Operations, Marketing to align goals.
• Create executive-ready presentations and reports with key insights.
• Lead or contribute to ad hoc analyses using performance and investment data.
• Assist training on dashboards for new team members.
