Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Financial/Real Estate Analyst to support site qualification for lease or purchase. The role involves data-driven financial modeling, contract negotiations with sellers and landlords, and preparation of real estate proposals for management approval.

The candidate will coordinate with operations, fuels, construction and management teams, assist with due diligence, and travel primarily across three states. A 50% travel expectation and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in General Commercial Brokerage, Development, Finance or Corporate Real Estate Management with emphasis in Commercial/Retail/Fuel/Fast Food/C-Store industries.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Mapping and Demographic software desirable and Word preferred.
• Must be willing to travel (50% travel) and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide data and guidance for financial models to qualify new sites for lease or purchase.
• Negotiate contracts with sellers and landlords.
• Prepare real estate proposals and contracts for management approval.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, attorneys and other consultants.
• Assist in due diligence, entitlement activity, and negotiations with government officials.
