Job summary
Circle K is seeking an Enterprise Real Estate Strategy & Reporting Senior Analyst to deliver advanced analytics, workflow automation, and dynamic dashboards supporting real estate investments and cross-functional alignment.
The role collaborates with Real Estate, Construction, Property Management, and other enterprise teams to convert data into actionable insights and strategic storytelling for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, real estate or related field.
- 3+ years work experience with analytics, GIS, market research, business analytics, or finance.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Proficient in data analysis using various tools and statistical packages.
- Ability to distill complex datasets into actionable visuals for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize complex strategic problems into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Finance, Construction, Operations, Marketing to align real estate analysis with enterprise goals.
- Build executive-ready presentations and reports communicating insights and recommendations.
- Lead or contribute to ad hoc analyses using store performance, investment data, financials and key metrics.
- Drive visibility and insights into store and market performance through dynamic reporting and storytelling.
- Develop automated workflows in Alteryx to streamline recurring analyses and improve efficiency.
- Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for real estate strategy and executive decision-making.
- Assist with training of new team members during learning sessions.
