Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Financial Analyst to run financial models and support real estate decisions for new sites. You will coordinate with operations, fuels and construction teams to qualify lease or purchase opportunities and prepare proposals for management approval.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and several years of experience in corporate real estate or brokerage, with strong Excel and budgeting skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• Three years in General Commercial Brokerage, Development, Finance or Corporate Real Estate Management.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and mapping software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running financial models to qualify new sites for lease or purchase.
• Prepare real estate proposals and contracts for management approval.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and attorneys on project delivery.
