Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Real Estate Strategy Analyst to support the Real Estate organization with advanced analytics, workflow automation, and dynamic dashboarding. You will deliver insights, tools, and reporting to drive investment decisions and cross-functional alignment.

The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Real Estate Strategy and collaborates with Real Estate, Construction, Property Management, M&A, and other enterprise teams. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, finance, real estate or similar field preferred.
3+ years work experience with analytics, GIS, market research, business analytics, or finance.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Proficient in data analysis using various tools and statistical packages.
Ability to distill complex datasets into compelling visualizations and presentations for business stakeholders.
Technical aptitude to learn and use latest tools on large datasets.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Drive visibility and actionable insights into store and market performance through dynamic reporting and storytelling.
Develop automated workflows in Alteryx to streamline recurring analyses and improve efficiency.
Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for real estate strategy and executive decisions.
Analyze real estate portfolio and support development strategies to achieve long-term goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align real estate analysis with enterprise goals.
