Qualifications

• 3–6 years of postgraduate investment analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate with GPA ≥3.5.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, cash flow focus.
• Experience underwriting commercial and residential assets.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; detail‑oriented and deadline driven.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and modify discounted cash flow models for prospective investments.
• Underwrite assumptions and pricing/return parameters.
• Assist with due diligence including reports, title, surveys, leases.
• Draft investment memorandums for committees.
• Analyze portfolio and property performance; maintain portfolio models.
• Support financing and disposition transactions.
• Prepare portfolio-level and client reports.
• Contribute to ad-hoc research projects.
