Job summary

Mission Staffing is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to join a lean deal team within a growing real estate investment firm. You will screen opportunities, build underwriting models, and coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, and market reviews, while supporting ongoing investments and investor reporting.

This role offers broad exposure to the investment process and opportunities to participate in capital deployment from the firm’s opportunistic fund.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment with significant responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential investment opportunities, including meetings with operating partners and travel to evaluate new deals.
• Prepare underwriting models and market research summaries for investment committee meetings.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including financial, legal, and market review.
• Assist in managing existing investments, including monitoring market performance, refinancings, and dispositions.
• Prepare investor reporting and presentation materials, including fund updates and deal level summaries.
