Job summary

Bond Street Real Estate Investment Trust is seeking a highly driven Acquisitions Analyst to join our Dallas, TX team. The role focuses on underwriting acquisitions, building cash flow models, and preparing memos for the Investment Committee.

You will conduct market research and manage deal flow across a growing pipeline, collaborating with leadership on strategic analyses. Based in Dallas, the position reports to the Managing Director of Acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance or CRE preferred.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous organization.
• Understanding of REIT structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisitions in Excel, building and maintaining asset-level cash flow models, mark-to-market analyses, debt sizing and levered/unlevered returns.
• Prepare Investment Committee memorandums with deal summaries, underwriting assumptions, market support and pricing recommendations.
• Conduct market and asset-level research to support underwriting and due diligence across a growing deal pipeline.
• Monitor and manage acquisition pipeline software with accurate deal, broker and seller records.
• Aggregate and analyze financial/operational data to assess portfolio performance and risk.
• Leverage PM/accounting software for data extraction and portfolio analytics.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses.

Bond Street Real Estate Investment Trust is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Acquisitions Analyst to join our Dallas, TX team. This position is based in Dallas, TX and reports directly to the Managing Director of Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite prospective acquisitions in Excel, building and maintaining asset-level cash flow models, mark-to-market analyses, debt sizing and levered and unlevered return sensitivities
• Prepare Investment Committee memorandums, including deal summaries, underwriting assumptions, market support and pricing recommendations
• Conduct market and asset-level research to support acquisition underwriting and due diligence across a growing deal pipeline: rent and sales comps, cap rate trends, trade area demographics, etc.
• Monitor and manage acquisition pipeline software, maintaining accurate deal, broker and seller records and reliable pipeline reporting
• Aggregate and analyze financial and operational data to assess portfolio performance and risk, including post-close results versus underwriting
• Leverage PM/accounting software for data extraction, property-level reporting and portfolio analytics
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses
