Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our San Antonio/New Braunfels, TX area team. You will develop and maintain favorable relationships with customers, achieve sales goals for ready-mix concrete products, and contribute to short- and long-term sales strategies.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will bid projects, provide quotes, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure top-notch customer service while growing the CRH portfolio in your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in sales/marketing with a customer service focus.
• Salesforce experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain favorable relationships with current and potential customers.
• Achieve sales goals for ready-mix concrete products by planning and executing territory strategies.
• Identify and bid projects within the assigned market.
• Provide customers with material quotes and record orders in the tracking system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high levels of customer service.
