Arcline Staffing Company, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative for the San Antonio area. This position requires strong sales skills and the ability to develop lasting relationships with contractors and builders while promoting our ready-mix concrete products. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials or ready-mix concrete is preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight travel for up to one week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and builders.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to customers.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Complete area audits as required.
