Job summary

Assembly Health is seeking a Director of RCM Account Management to lead the Account Management team, align strategy with client needs, and drive retention and growth for top-tier physician RCM accounts.

You will mentor managers, oversee cross-functional operations, and partner with the VP and GM of Physician RCM to optimize staffing and performance. Reporting to the VP of Physician RCM, this role is pivotal for client success and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing enterprise-level clients and C-suite engagements
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes (coding, billing, AR, denials)
• Experience with RCM platforms and automation tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing RCM Account Management team
• Serve as executive liaison with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
• Lead strategic business reviews and planning with senior clients
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across services
• Drive growth and retention through new services and partnerships
• Collaborate with Nextech leadership and ensure regulatory compliance
