Job summary

Panoramic Health seeks a Revenue Cycle Regional Account Director to lead the Regional Account Managers and drive revenue cycle performance across assigned regions, including Net Collection Rate. A working director will hold RCM teams accountable and coordinate with physicians and finance to improve outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, payer and workflow expertise, and the ability to implement enterprise RCM workflows while reporting monthly results to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required; equivalent experience accepted.
• Revenue cycle certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive revenue cycle experience, including multi-practice operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site performance reviews and improving collections.
• Advanced athenaOne skills and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Upholds and enforces Panoramic Health core values.
• Leads, coaches, and evaluates Revenue Cycle Regional Account Managers.
• Owns regional performance across charges posted, net collection rate, and AR.
• Requires corrective action plans with owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
• Meets with practices weekly and monthly with physician leaders and finance.
• Implements enterprise RCM workflows across regions and verifies adoption.
