Alteva RCM in New York is seeking an Account Director to own client relationships and oversee revenue cycle performance for assigned accounts. You will serve as the primary contact, coordinating with internal billing and accounts receivable teams to ensure efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and timely issue resolution.

The role emphasizes identifying process improvements, driving operational success, and partnering with the revenue department to expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of billing, claims follow-up, and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with EHR or practice management systems (e.g., Epic preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate relationships with assigned clients.
• Monitor billing and AR activities; ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate enterprise billing and AR workflows across teams.
• Prepare reports on billing performance and AR trends.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational best practices.
• Support provider setup and maintenance as needed.
