Syensqo is seeking a Raw Material Planner in Greenville, TX to coordinate near-term supply and demand for materials, manage inventory, and optimize costs. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability and efficient manufacturing flow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Material Planning experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding MRPII concepts and MRP systems.
• Ability to influence others across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare near-term supply and demand plans for specified materials.
• Manage inventory and balance manufacturing cost with inventory carrying cost.
• Analyze inventory risks and define alternatives.
• Develop monthly supply-demand plans and communicate needs to suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and manage materials.
• Develop near-term forecasts for material suppliers.
• Support site personnel in resolving supplier issues.
• Generate cost savings and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Identify cross-referencing and SMOG opportunities.
