Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, SCM, Operations, Finance or related field.
• 4-7 years in procurement, sourcing or category management; CPIM/CPM a plus.
• Food industry experience with ingredient sourcing and manufacturing is required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing to ensure timely availability of ingredients and supplies.
• Review inventory levels, lead times, and shelf life to minimize shortages and write-offs.
• Create and track POs; follow up on unconfirmed POs; manage expedite costs.
• Maintain pricing, lead times, minimum/maximum quantities, and supplier data.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Audit invoices and address pricing/quantity discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Escalate supply risks and participate in cross-functional planning as needed.
• Analyze supplier performance and address quality/timeliness issues.
• Establish re-order cadences and utilize 3rd-party vendors for efficiency and cost savings.
• Perform other duties; travel 5-10% as required.
