Agility Robotics is hiring a Senior Supply Planner to own material availability and drive end-to-end supply strategy for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods. The role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations and data automation, bridging internal manufacturing schedules with supplier operations.

You will develop replenishment plans, audit supplier readiness, track long-lead risks, and partner with Sourcing and Engineering on ECOs and part lifecycle changes.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of supply planning or material planning experience in complex manufacturing, hardware, robotics, or high-tech industries.
• Experience with electronic components supply planning, PCBAs, and managing active/passive electronics components.
• Proven track record auditing material readiness and managing supplier relationships with CMs/EMS providers.
• Advanced ERP/MRP proficiency for multi-level BOMs and material requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute raw material replenishment and master supply plans across lines and BOMs.
• Audit and validate material readiness of suppliers and CMs prior to kit release and production runs.
• Manage end-to-end lead time tracking and risk mitigation for long-lead parts and critical components.
• Lead root-cause investigations into material discrepancies and planning mismatches via automated data workflows.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Engineering on ECOs, phase-in/phase-out, and part supersessions.
• Establish safety stock levels, buffer strategies, and reorder points for critical materials.
• Audit and reconcile inventory reports, material staging, and WIP at contract manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with production cell leads to maintain on-hand raw materials and prevent line-stops.
• Monitor MRP and demand signals to release requisitions aligned with lead times.
• Evaluate and optimize raw material master data, MOQs, lot sizes, and supplier lead times.
