Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• Ability to develop and maintain production plans aligned with sales and demand.
• Experience with ERP, MRP and advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Balance supply with demand to meet the sales plan while managing cost and working capital.
• Maintain master data and MRP settings for production resources.
• Create and maintain a production plan across the planning horizon to balance capacity and demand.
• Collaborate with demand management, plants, and export contacts to align with the business.
• Identify and manage inventory to target levels and reduce obsolescence.
• Participate in S&OP and ROP processes and support new product launches.
