Job summary

The Will Group (TWG Infrastructure) is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Quotations in Wheaton, IL to manage the quotation lifecycle from inquiry to proposal submission. You will collaborate with Sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations to deliver accurate, competitive quotes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project coordination or quotations, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems. This role offers a path into commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to learn products, systems, processes, and technical information quickly.
• Strong customer-service and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotation opportunities from initial inquiry through proposal submission.
• Track quotation schedules, customer deadlines, bid dates, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to develop accurate and competitive project solutions.
• Prepare accurate and complete quotation packages.
• Support company pricing, margin, and commercial guidelines.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for customers and Sales throughout the quotation process.
