Job summary

The Will Group in Wheaton, IL seeks a Lead Senior Project Manager for Customer Operations & Quotations to steer the PMO, shape processes, and optimize quotation strategies through order fulfillment. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse Operations, manufacturers, and contractors to deliver complex infrastructure projects.

We expect a seasoned leader with 7+ years in related fields, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/PM/engineering/construction/supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant infrastructure, project management, quoting, estimating, or customer operations experience (for Bachelor's path).
• Proven people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers, coaching and developing talent.
• Oversee the customer lifecycle from opportunity and quotation through order execution.
• Establish project management standards and best practices; monitor health, risks, timelines, deliverables.

Education
