The Will Group in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager for Customer Operations & Quotations. The role leads project management, quotation strategy, and customer experience from opportunity to fulfillment.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and suppliers to drive complex infrastructure projects and pricing solutions. This leadership position emphasizes process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field; 7 years of relevant experience OR Associate degree + 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Strong project management and commercial/business acumen.
• Experience in infrastructure, transportation, utility, electrical, construction, or industrial markets preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead people by coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of project managers.
• Oversee the customer lifecycle from opportunity to order execution and fulfillment.
• Establish project management standards and best practices; monitor risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead operational improvements by developing SOPs, reports, and performance standards.
