Job summary

The Will Group in Wheaton, IL is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Quotations to guide opportunities from initial inquiry through quotation and proposal submission. You will coordinate information between customers, Sales, manufacturers, engineering, purchasing, and internal operations to ensure accurate, timely proposals.

You will review plans and requirements, manage pricing and lead times, and help develop solutions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with experience in quotations, estimating, project coordination, customer service, sales support, construction, infrastructure, utility, transportation, or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned quotation opportunities and deadlines.
• Review plans, specifications, addenda, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate pricing, lead times, product information, and recommendations with manufacturers.
• Support product selection and solution development.
• Prepare proposal and quotation packages.
• Communicate directly with customers and Sales.
• Track project milestones and follow up on open items.

• Identify discrepancies, risks, or delays and escalate them when needed.

TWG Infrastructure is hiring an Associate Project Manager – Quotations.

This role is a great fit for someone with experience in project coordination, estimating, quotations, sales support, customer service, construction, technical support, or infrastructure who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Own

You'll help manage opportunities from the initial customer inquiry through quotation and proposal submission, coordinating information between customers, Sales, manufacturers, engineering, purchasing, and internal operations.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing assigned quotation opportunities and deadlines
• Reviewing plans, specifications, addenda, and customer requirements
• Coordinating pricing, lead times, product information, and recommendations with manufacturers
• Supporting product selection and solution development
• Preparing proposal and quotation packages
• Communicating directly with customers and Sales

Required:

Good Faith Salary Range:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
