Job summary

LFG Manufacturing is seeking a Quotation Manager to own the end-to-end quoting process, from RFQ intake to final submission, ensuring accurate, competitive quotes. You will review designs, build pricing models, and align quotes with margins while standardizing processes across prefab and manufacturing.

You will lead a team of estimators, partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations, and drive improvement in speed-to-quote and estimating workflows for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8+ years estimating, quoting, or preconstruction in construction or manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading estimators or quoting specialists.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and prefab cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quotation process (RFQ intake → pricing → final submission).
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure complete estimates.
• Develop pricing models considering labor, materials, overhead, and risk.
• Ensure quotes align with margin targets and financial goals.
• Build standardized quoting processes across prefab and manufacturing.
• Develop cost libraries, labor units, and productivity benchmarks.
• Partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to improve workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of estimators/quoting specialists.
• Identify risks and maintain audit-ready documentation.
