Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card orders, purchase requisitions, and subcontract funding actions.
• Interact with executives, suppliers, vendors, program managers, technical staff, and financial managers to gather information.
• Review LOJs, SOWs, vendor quotes and submit requisitions in ProcureHub.
• Track requisitions and report status to Department staff; coordinate with central Procurement Group.
• Provide training to FPS staff on procurement policies and best practices.
• Document purchase records, perform receiving, and reconcile credit card invoices.
• Support special projects related to procurement and financial administration.
• Serve as backup for FPS Wireless Coordinator.
