You will manage supplier performance, issue purchase orders, collaborate with production and engineering teams to forecast material needs, and drive cost reductions through strategic sourcing and contract terms while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years purchasing in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor-management skills required.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, components, and services to align with production schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost savings.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and inventory teams to forecast material needs.
• Maintain procurement records, pricing data, and supplier documentation.
