Job summary

Tate Americas, a Kingspan Data Solutions business, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at the site level and align people strategies with business goals.

You will partner with site leadership to drive talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, and a high-performance culture across manufacturing and operations. This role requires 6–10 years of HR experience and a bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including direct support of site leadership.
• Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders in operational or manufacturing.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems, reporting, and workforce analytics.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems and reporting tools.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to site leadership, aligning HR priorities with business and operational goals.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting strategies, and retention initiatives to meet site needs.
• Partner with leaders to drive accountability, performance, and engagement across teams.
• Reinforce leadership expectations and ensure consistent application of HR practices.
• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on performance management, promotions, and terminations to ensure consistency and fairness.
• Support succession planning and identify development opportunities for key talent.
• Coach leaders on employee engagement, communication, and team effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, programs, and processes across the site.
• Oversee HRIS usage, reporting, and data accuracy to support business insights.
• Support People Passionate reporting and workforce metrics tracking.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
