Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, procurement, or supply chain support.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Enter procurement data accurately and timely to maintain ERP records.
  • Maintain purchase orders, supplier details, pricing, and part-number information.
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and policy alignment.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies to support workflow continuity.
  • Support procurement processes including vendor setup, requisition entry, and PO processing.
  • Generate and distribute ERP reports to support purchasing and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure data consistency.
  • Maintain organized records to support procurement workflows.
  • Support data standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Assist with documenting ERP data-entry procedures and workflow instructions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting, and system efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement data management.

About the Role

The Data Entry Coordinator ensures accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and validation of

procurement and ERP data to support purchasing and operational workflows. The role maintains data

integrity, resolves discrepancies, and provides reporting to improve visibility and decision‑making. This position

supports efficient procurement processes and contributes to overall operational accuracy and

performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter procurement data accurately and timely to maintain reliable ERP records.

Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
