Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a seasoned Purchasing & Procurement Specialist to ensure competitive pricing, supplier performance, and on-time delivery across operations. You will lead PO management, supplier negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives while collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.

The role emphasizes PPV tracking, data analysis, and continuous improvement in procurement processes to support production and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement of materials, components, products, and/or services.
• Issue and maintain purchase orders with accurate pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, MOQs, freight terms with suppliers.
• Monitor PPV, identify cost savings and root causes of variances.
• Develop cost-reduction initiatives via supplier negotiations and sourcing strategies.
• Support supplier selection, qualification, and ongoing performance management.
