Job summary

Hospital Authority seeks a Manager (Strategic Purchasing) to support the Strategic Purchasing Office within the Finance Division. The role requires strong leadership, bidding coordination, and programme development for SPPs, with a focus on financial sustainability and policy updates.

Location is HA Head Office, salary HK$70,709 to HK$88,971 per month with a gratuity potential up to 31 March 2028. Entry includes university degree and 4+ years’ relevant experience; English and Chinese proficiency

Qualifications

A university degree or equivalent.
At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in management, with 2 years in junior management / professional level.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Assist in departmental administrative and human resources matters, including coordination of resources bidding and annual planning.
Provide executive support to Strategic Purchasing Programmes (SPPs) including enrolment documents and operation manuals.
Provide executive and secretarial support for SPPs, including briefs, reports, and meeting support.
Prepare analysis reports on financial sustainability of programmes under SPO.
Support team with grade management, training, and updating policies and manuals.
Supervise subordinates and perform other duties as assigned.
