• Set stock minimum and monitor inventory to prevent stockouts.
• Understand supplier lead times and pricing to optimize orders.
• Routinely place purchase orders using a computerized system.
• Lead supplier performance evaluations and supplier visits.
• Negotiate terms such as PO terms, pricing, and delivery requirements.

• Set stock minimum, monitor current inventory and update stock amounts based on demand and projections.
• Routinely place purchase orders using a computerized system.
• Maintain and provide feedback to suppliers; identify new suppliers based on reliability, quality, cost.
• Lead supplier evaluations and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Track incoming orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with product development & marketing for materials for new launches.
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts and data entry into spreadsheets.
