Life’s Abundance, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support inventory management, vendor relations, and the full purchase order lifecycle across our organization.

This role collaborates with logistics, warehouse teams, accounting, and IT to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency, enabling consistent product availability for Field Representatives and customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in purchasing or related supply chain roles, an associate’s degree

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of purchasing, inventory, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels across multiple locations and warehouses.
• Process and monitor purchase orders from creation through completion.
• Coordinate order changes, backorders, and lead-time updates with vendors.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor records.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Support cross-functional teams including accounting and technology on purchasing operations.
