Rite-Hite seeks a Purchasing Supervisor for our Dubuque, IA facility to lead site-level purchasing, sourcing strategies, supplier management, and team performance. You will oversee Buyers and Senior Buyers while partnering with Global Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to ensure material availability and favorable total costs.

The role emphasizes supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization within a manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with sourcing strategies and supplier performance management.
• Understanding of inventory management and replenishment models (including VMI).
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; JD Edwards experience preferred.
