Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead critical sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and cost-reduction efforts. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure supplier qualification and high standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years in strategic sourcing, with strong negotiation and data analysis skills. Experience with BI tools and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years' experience in Strategic Sourcing or related environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and procurement tools.
• Experience negotiating and managing suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver material cost productivity using TCO, VA/VE, should-cost modeling and negotiations.
• Manage supplier expectations and performance with data analytics.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute supplier agreements for best-in-class service.
• Lead New Product Innovation projects from sourcing perspectives.
• Identify new suppliers to support life-cycle product strategy.
• Utilize SRM software to support improved supplier execution.
• Develop RFx processes and analyze benchmarking, risks, and compliance issues.
• Improve supply chain efficiency from suppliers to customers with market-driven responsiveness.
