• Five years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and inventory control procedures.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in safety, quality, productivity, and 5S.
• Provide work direction and support to production employees.
• Coordinate materials, labor and resources to meet daily goals.
• Remove obstacles and improve workflow with area supervisor.
