Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Outside Sales Position.The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for building strong professional relationships and working very closely with Norco customers. The positions’ goal is to expand overall sales, improve overall margin, introduce, and sell new products, secure business with long term supply agreements, all while taking excellent care of our expanding customer base. Problem solving includes troubleshooting and resolving higher-dollar customer issues and managing relationships with significant accounts. Impact includes potential for significant customer service, reputational, and financial implications. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers, serving their various needs, and calling on them with consistency
• Understand and be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products we sell
