Job summary

SaniSure in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Purchasing, Planning & Inventory Specialist to ensure material flow and cost control. You will coordinate purchasing, production planning, and inventory control to meet production needs while keeping accurate system data.

This on-site role requires collaboration with Production, Quality, Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving and other teams to align schedules with demand, identify shortages, and resolve supplier delays with urgency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, production planning, inventory control, or related supply chain function.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using an ERP/MRP system for purchasing, planning, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Purchase raw materials and manage purchase orders in ERP/MRP.
• Plan production schedules and monitor material availability.
• Track inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain accurate supplier data and reports.
