Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities for buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Optimize space within facilities to meet organizational needs, including layouts and relocations.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect facilities, employees, and assets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
• Develop and manage budgets for facility-related expenses and projects.
• Work with external service providers and vendors for facility services and contract management.
• Promote environmental sustainability through efficiency measures and eco-friendly materials.
• Develop emergency response plans and train employees on procedures.
• Stay informed on local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities management.
• Communicate with stakeholders about facility-related matters and changes.
• Oversee facility-related projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate movement of materials and inventory between off-site warehouses and main facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
