Job summary

RedBuilt LLC in Boise, ID is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to help purchase materials for customers and internal manufacturing needs. You will monitor inventory using NetSuite ERP and the Microsoft platform to ensure on-time material deliveries.

Responsibilities include demand monitoring, creating and managing purchase orders, vendor communication, and cross-functional coordination with scheduling, logistics, and accounts payable. Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain procurement is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite preferred) is a plus.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or supply chain procurement or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demand Monitoring: Review and analyze reports to order materials for just-in-time purchasing.
• Place and manage purchase orders: Create POs, communicate with vendors, maintain records, monitor open orders and follow up.
• Cross functional support: Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, receiving, accounts payable, and other teams.
