Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a detail‑driven procurement professional to optimize asset use and secure timely, cost‑effective goods and services. You will execute short and long‑term strategies to maintain quality and continuity while minimizing total supply costs.

You will issue POs, monitor orders, coordinate with vendors, handle RFQs, and ensure accurate pricing and delivery dates. Knowledge of international purchasing concepts and ERP systems will help you drive on‑time delivery and favorable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to correct sources and track them in ERP.
• Monitor order progress, update ship/receipt dates, and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide RFQ support and input vendor pricing into Woodgrain software.
• Ensure PO accuracy, pricing, quantities, and compliant packaging specs.
• Support procurement strategy to minimize total cost and maximize timeliness.
